Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship of abnormal chromosome karyotype in patients with Turner syndrome and endocrine hormone abnormalities,abnomal growth and bone age backward. Methods:To analysis chromosome karyotype,endocrine hormone,B-ultrasonic examination and height evaluation of 61 patients with Turner syndrome. Select healthy people in the same period as control group. Results:The karyotype of Turner syndrome is different. Patients characterized by short stature and body deformity,B-ultrasonic examination no uterine or ovarian,development lags behind compared with normal control group obviously(P0.01);the serum levels of FSH,LH was significantly higher than the control group,E2,P was lower than the control group,no difference between PRL and T. Height and bone age significantly lag behind. Conclusion:Chromosome karyotype is related with clinical manifestations in patients with Turner syndrome. Bone age and stature backward may be related to the deficiency of gene SHOX and estrogen.
