Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination of Robinia pseudoacacia

Abstract

To improve the rate of seed germination of R.pseudoacaciaand accelerate seedling growth rate,the germination rate, germination potential, germination index,vigor index and various morphological indexes of R.pseudoacaciasoaked with three growth regulators(IAA,GA3,6-BA)were detected.Results:the three growth regulators could enhance germination rate,germination potential, germination index,vigor index and morphological indicators,IAA had the best performance when the concentration was 40~60mg/L.
