Exploration on the Reform of Open Experiment Teaching and Nursing Teaching

In the undergraduate reform of nursing,aiming at training the skillful nursing staff with strong practical abilities and good professional qualities,the reform and innovation of nursing model through the establishment of whole-day open laboratory,situational teaching mode and cultivating young school teachers were carried out.Open experimental can help to promote students′ enthusiasm and initiative to participate the practice.It is an effective way to cultivate students′ practice and innovation ability,improve the quality of students.
