Abstract

The establishment of a sound financial information resource management system is necessary for the reform of the financial system in China.The paper argues that it is important to break through the supervision segregation system limitation of our country's financial industries,establish a national management committee of financial information resources which is not only responsible for researching and developing the policies and regulations and standards for the financial information resource development and utilization in our country,but also in charge of managing and supervising the financial information resource construction and information service market in our country as a whole,in order to strengthen the guarantee mechanism of information resource synergy configuration,improve its legal environment,optimize the relationship of interests between related main stakeholders,greatly promote China's financial information service ability,and ensure the safe operation of the financial system in our country.
