Observating effect of clinical treatment in naoxintong capsule to treat the vertebrat-basilar artery ischemia vertigo

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical treatment in naoxintong capsule to treat the vertebral-basilar artery ischemia vertigo(VBAIV).Methods 120 patients who suffered from VBAIV were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases),we Studied the difference of the syndrome,TCD,hemodynamic change,blood-fat before and affer treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group on the syndrome,TCD,hemodynamic change,before and after treatment,but blood-fat no changes.No obvious side-effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion Naoxintong capsuie is safe and effective to treat VBAIV.
