Abstract
The authors studied the regularity that the viscosity of high viscose carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)water solution changes with its particle diameter under the different temperature and concentration. The results showed that the viscosity of CMC water solution changes with its particle diameter and the viscosity of that with 12.2 μm mean particle diameter is the lowest;for CMC water solution of different particle diameter, the higher the temperature is,the lower the viscosity is;and the higher the concentration is ,the higher the viscosity is.There also exists an inflection point over which the viscosity goes up rapidly.
