Abstract
In a situation that present income distribution expands, even may produce a certain destabilizing factor sharply, it is imperative to utilize the financial policy to alleviate the current situation of unfair distribution of incomes. In the present situation, it is a realistic method of regulating the income gap formed in the first distribution through the finance strategy.
