Abstract
Reliability analysis and design is a crucial procedure during the high level design of the C4ISR system. Due to the complexity of the system, it is difficult to apply the traditional method to the system analysis. With the development of the system architecture and its application in the system design, it is a new problem to be solved that how to use the architecture reasonably and effectively to the reliability analysis and design. The paper focuses on the reliability index of the C4ISR system based on the architecture framework. With the research of the relationship of the correlative products, the reliability indexes of operation, communication, function, system and system component are founded and the parameters are given.
