Abstract
On the basis of analyzing current situations of China's rural financial system, this article points out the barriers in the working of rural financial management system and their causes, also puts forward the measures of constructing and innovating rural financial system. The construction of rural credit cooperatives as the base of rural finance is emphasized in this article.
