Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the main risk of premature delivery.[Methods] To study the main risk factors we collected 235 cases of premature delivery.[Results] Premature rupture of membrane,fetal distress,severe pregnancy induced hypertension,placenta praevia were the main risk factors of premature delivery.[Conclusion] Early prenatal care that identifies and treats risk factors of preterm labor and the appropriate management decision for the patient,can optimize pregnancy outcome.
