On the Cultural Teaching in College English Teaching

Abstract

Language is the carrier of culture,besides,it is an important part of culture.Culture plays a significant role both in language emergence and development.This article analyzes the necessity of cultural teaching in college English teaching and explores ways of how to perform it.Learning culture is guidance on foreign language learning,and also trains students in sensitivity and insight into Western culture.
