Abstract
AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints and determine ferulic acid of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.METHODS The methanlic extract of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was analysed by RP-HPLC.The Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column was used, with methanol-1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase and gradient elution. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS Ferulic acid as reference, the common model of HPLC fingerprint was stablished and 8 common peaks were identified. The similarities of different samples were compared.CONCLUSION The method of HPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis is accurate, and it can be helpful in the quality control of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.
