Abstract
The research courses of natural environmental friendly corrosion inhibitors for metals has been expatiated since 1980s,the dvelopment trend of these corrosion inhibitors were also discussed in this paper.In the future,the new environmental friendly corrosion inhibitors should be extracted and separated from effective ingredients of natural plants as well as marine organism,in the meanuhile,it is important that low-toxic or non-toxic multi-group macromolecules may be developed by synthesis.The optimal utilization of natural resources may be realized by mixing or modifying corrosion inhibitors.
