Abstract

Furfural was made from peanut hull powder with synergistic hydrolysis with aspergillus niger and solid acid, orthogonal experiment and response surface methodology were applied to carry out optimum analysis on main parameters. The orthogonal experiment of enzyme experiments result showed that when the raw material granularity was 110 grit,solid-liquid ratio was 1:10,the reaction temperature was 50°C,the reaction time was 7h,the volume of the enzymolysis solution was 30U/g of dried peanut hull powder and the average content of pentose was 14.87g·L-1.Response surface analysis indicated of solid acid hydrolysis that under a reaction temperature of 163°C,a reaction time of 134min and a solid acid dosage of 6.4%,the furfural yield could reach 68.52%.The synergistic hydrolysis of aspergillus niger and solid acid on peanut hull had the benefit of increasing the furfural yield. As compared to the technology without the use of aspergillus niger hydrolysis, the method produced furfural with 15.69% increased yield.
