Affecting factors of judicial efficiency and countermeasures

Abstract

More and more people are attaching great importance to the judicial efficiency. Because of the old political system, some factors greatly affect the judicial efficiency, such as judicial dependence, poor quality staff and weak judicial supervision. To change this situation, we must strengthen our legal ideas, reform the judicial system and improve the staffs quality and perfect the judicial supervision rules.
