Abstract
In RFID systems, one of the problems is the collision between tags,a major issue affecting system performance. This paper detailsthe analysis of several commonly used anti-collision algorithms,i.e.ALOHA algorithm, framed slotted ALOHA algorithm, and dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm.Based on the analysis, the paper proposes a new ALOHA algorithm. The simulation and analysis have shown that with the proposed algorithm the maximum system throughput can reach up to 53% and the efficiency of RFID systems is improved.
