Abstract
This paper intends to provide scientific proof and principle for the examination and evaluation of actual effects of ideological education for college students by the theoretical study of its connotation, features, function, evaluation principle, and evaluation index. This helps overcome the lack of quantity regulations for actual effects of ideological education for college students so as to improve the effects of ideological education for college students and increase people抯 understanding about the importance of ideological education for college students.
