Promoting China Agricultural Mechanization Development Based on Science Development Outlook

In accordance with realization of the development goal of national economy in 2020, the thesis analyzes the development environments, demands as well as main problems from realization of the goal, readjustment of agricultural structures and promotion of agricultural international competitiveness. This thesis also suggested that the overall, coordinate and sustainable science development outlook should be set up in agricultural mechanization. China should be on a new course of agricultural mechanization, take the advantage of the agricultural industrialization and urbanization to promote the sustainable development of agriculture, readjustment of agricultural structures and harmonious development of regional economy. Also, China should choose a combinatorial agricultural mechanization strategy that combines the technique progresses and labor resources, raise finance for agricultural mechanization, innovate operational mechanism of agricultural mechanization so as to promote development of agricultural mechanization in China.
