Abstract
Corn stalks powder was mixed with 10% wheat bran and quantitative nutritional salt, the moisture content was adjusted to 70%,the compound eumycote composed of Geotrichum candidum,Candida parapsilosis,Trichoderma koningii and Trichoderma viride,at 30℃ and under oxygen condition fermented for 3d,4d,5d,7d,14d.The results showed that when compound eumycote C fermented for 7~14d,the content of crude protein(CP) in corn stalks raised by 94.53%~106.19%(p0.05),the content of fiber declined significantly(p0.05);the 48h rumen disappearance rate of dry matter(DM) in corn stalks had no significant difference, but the rumen disappearance rate of ADF treated for 14d was significant higher than that treated for 7d(p0.05);the goose was fed with the corn stalks treated with compound eumycote for 7d,the daily body weight increase by 20.76%(p0.05),the ratio of feed to weight decrease by 19.04%(p0.01)?These results suggested that the corn stalks treated with compound eumycote is the biological active feed for unruminant, which is a new way to treat stalks by biology and utilization of it.
