Abstract
Low-noise amplifier is one of the most important module in the receiver,this article uses low noise,high associated gain,and the PHEMT technical designed ATF-35176 transistors to design a low-noise amplifier used in the 5.5~6.5 GHz band.The circuit uses three cascade structure in order to obtain a higher gain,and makes a study of the circuit gain,noise figure,VSWR,stability coefficient by ADS software,and ultimately the LNA got gain greater than 33 dB,the noise is less than 1.5 dB,input and output VSWR is less than 2 in this band,and achieve the design index.
