With the vigorous development of Market Economic Competition, the Behaviour of new Unfair Competition is increasing.In order to strengthen the protection of Fair Competition Corpus ,We should express how to apply Common Article of Anti-Unfair Competition Law ,and Limited Provision of apply Common Article of Anti-Unfair Competition Law, Finally create a fair Competitive market trades environment
