Abstract

Yanhe Dance is a cultural art of the Yi Nationality.This Yi dance that is popular in Jianshui County and Shiping County has rich artistic and cultural connotations.From the perspective of ethno-sociology,the emergence and development of this dance reveal its deep-rooted social causes and historical necessity with its special functions.
