Abstract

Objective To investigate the delivery outcomes and mode of oilgohydraminos on parturient sequence. Methods Eighty cases of pregnant women were chosen, and 40 cases in observation group were treated with B ultrasound determination of amniotic fluid index, and the results were AFI(≤5 cm);the 40 cases in control group were full-term pregnancy women and B ultrasound with normal amniotic fluid volume. The delivery outcomes and modes of these two groups were analyzed. Results The rate of vaginal delivery and cesarean section of observation group were markedly higher than the control group(P 0.05).But the rate of neonatal asphyxia of observation group was lower than the control group, without significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion For the oilgohydraminos and full-term pregnancy women,it's a usual thing that the rate of vaginal delivery and cesarean section are high.Fetal distress often happens, too. But many of these pregnant women can realize vaginal birth in strict custody, clinical should attach great importance.
