Abstract

Since 1980's,the industrial cluster as a new form of industrial organization and regional development policy received scholars at home and abroad,business and political unprecedented attention.However,the research about industry cluster has misunderstanding,lead to industrial cluster-based policy in chaos.This paper to define the concept of industry cluster and differentiate the related industrial cluster concepts,and review industrial cluster-based theory of economic studies and new progress,try to provide a clear idea.
