Abstract
L9(34)orthogonal test was designed using ursolic acid as a control and the content of total saponin as a index to determine the rational extraction process. The best extraction condition was material-liquid rate 25 mL/g,irradiation time 60 s,55%microwave and 45% light-wave ratio,70% alcohol concentration.Compared with marination and ultrasonic-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction was simple and accurate with good reproducibility.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
