Abstract

Objective To study the nerve muscle emg the clinical significance of the diagnosis of traumatic peripheral nerve injury and prognosis evaluation. Methods Will now from March 2014 to December/the number of cases of not less than 50 cases of 60 patients with peripheral nerve injury as a study case, using electromyography(EMG) in the diagnosis of the surrounding sex nerve damage is serious, determine the clinical diagnosis value of electromyography. Results Research shows that on the track of positive contrast, NCV, EMG both joint detection positive rate was 93.33%, the single way detection positive rate was 50.0%, NCV, EMG both joint test positive rate were significantly higher than the single way, monitoring, and disease late in the specific test results and follow-up conditions, NCV, EMG both joint detection monitoring is superior to single way. Conclusion NCV and EMG examination has important value to the diagnosis of peripheral nerve injury, can clear diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis, through the process of neural electrophysiological changes after nerve injury prognosis, and clinical treatment, worthy of clinical application.
