Abstract
In order to study the photochemical activity of maize leaves at position 1-5,the chlorophyll content and fluorescence characteristic parameters of 1to 5 leaves fully extended in maize seedlings were investigated. The result showed that the chlorophyll content of maize leaves increased with the rise of leaf position.Compared with the leaf 1and 2,the leaf 4 and 5 had higher Fv/Fm and ETo/RC,which showed that the leaf 4 and 5 had stronger photochemical activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
