Abstract
This paper discusses the technical mechanism of compacted cement treated soil pile and gives a detailed introduction to the design and construction of this technique basing on the description of a project constructed with this technique in Shijiazhuang city. In the end,the author gives a conclusion after comparing compacted cement treated soil pile with deep mixing pile.
