Relationship between Hemodialysis Timing and Curative Effect in 98 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract

Objective To investigate the timing of beginning dialysis in chronic renal failure(CRF)patients and influece factors.Methods 98 CRF patients with hemodialysis(from January 2006 to December 2008)were surveyed.The creatinine clearance(Ccr),serum creatinine concentration(Scr),symptoms of uremia,complications and the conditions during first hemodialysis were recorded and analyzed.Results The later dialysis leaded to more obvious symptoms of uremia.Conclusion It is important to dialyse timely acorrding to indications of hemodialysis in patients with CRF.
