Abstract

It analyzes chief problems existing in the financing of the pay roads market in our country,brings forward two financing means that are road construction trust plan financing and road construction ABS financing to suit road construction in our country,which will generalize every road construction financing activities effectively and assure the trouble-free operation of the road project in our country.
