Abstract
Admonish doctrine,identify theory and cognition theory belong to the theory of rhetorical theory The political rhetoric includes five parts:situational rhetoric,movement rhetoric,institutional rhetoric,presidential rhetoric and ob-rhetoric.As the means of the political communication,the political rhetoric gives service to the foundation of the political communication.The political communication can’t be used effectively without suitable rhetoric
