Abstract
The drying methods were determined by the single-factor tests.By using solvent concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time as subjects, and bacteriostatic activity evaluated as the criteria, the optimal extraction conditions were determined by the orthogonal test,of which the effective components such as 3-hexenol can inhibit a variety of mould. The result showed the optimal extraction conditions were that drying methods was to dry in the shade, solvent concentration 95%,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 72h.Under these conditions, the bacteriostatic activities were Coniella diplodiella 98.2%,Alterrnaria spp.79.3%,and cucumber fusarium wilt 66.8%.
