Abstract

Based on the analysis about the site selection and layout of modern logistics center,the paper considers the logistics center's fixed costs and variable costs,establishes the planning model of logistics distribution center's site selection and layout,and then studies the logistics distribution center and the method of layout,in order to provide optimal management mode for the logistics enterprises.
