Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between hypoxemia and acute myocardial infarction. Methods levels of SpO2 and PaO2 were measured from 128 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results All patients with acute myocardial infarction had deferent level of hypoxemia, and hypoxemia had significantly positive correlation to the pump function(r=0.19, P 0. 01) . Conclusions All patients with acute myocardial infarction had hypoxemia, and hypoxemia had positive correlation to the pump function. Serious hypoxemia hint bad prognosis.
