Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the interaction laws of azadirachtin and high-active cypermethrin.[Method] The synergism of mixing azadirachtin with high-active cypermethrin against the 3rd-instar larvae of Pieris rapae L and the optimum mixing proportion of 2 kinds of medicaments were determined by leaf dipping method.[Result] When the proportion of azadirachtin to high-active cypermethrin was from 11.20∶7.50 to 8.00∶12.50,the mixed medicament showed an obvious synergism. When the proportion of azadirachtin to high-active cypermethrin was 8.64∶11.50,the synergism was strongest and here the co-toxicity coefficient was highest(147).[Conclusion] This research confirmed the optimum mixing proportion and each contents of mixture and provided basis for field experiment.
