Abstract

Molecular marker has been widely used in agriculture,medicine and other fields,as an accurately obtaining the genetic information quickly technique.The paper reviewed the progress of research on the genetic diversity of oat germplasm resources for molecular markers,which has great significance for genetic diversity of oat germplasm preservation measures,new gene mining and germplasm innovation and utilization.
