Abstract

In the The Book of Songs,Folks is an outstanding poem which reflects our ancestor's marriage life and narrating the heroine's progress of the falling love—being married—marriage changing—divorcing.The era of The Book of Songs is a marriage freer era,so women in the pre-Qin period have the view of love and marriage closer to modern women much more than the women restrained by the feudal ethical codes of ripe period of China's feudal society in later age.We could see Chinese ancient laboring women treat the love,marriage,family problem with correct philosophy of life,and fight spirit that grasp destiny oneself.
