Abstract
In the period of economic transition,the popularization of higher education makes it more and more serious for college graduates to be employed in China.To solve this problem,this paper analyzes some factors in the career planning such as guidance,profession,material gain,psychology and so on to give some suggestions and countermeasures to help college graduates to find their ideal jobs.
