Abstract
Based on PCR-DGGE technology,the microbial community in wastewater treatment system was analyzed.The total DNA of microbial from anaerobic activated sludge of different period was extracted respectively.The 16S rDNA genes V4-V6 region were amplified specifically and separated by DGGE.The edge banding in DGGE analysis was cloning sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that the microbial diversity in wastewater treatment system was abundant,but the microbe has the obvious advantage population and the microbial community structure was changed variously in different period.After the 17 edge banding in DGGE was sequenced and analyzed,12 kinds of bacterium were preliminary confirmed.
