Abstract
The experiment was carried out in the autumn of 2006.Two Acer cultivars were used to investigate the changes of anthocyanin content and PAL activity, moisture content. The result showed that anthocyanin content in the mutant cultivar was significantly higer than that in the common cultivar.PAL activity in the leaf of mutant cultivar was significantly higer than that in the common cultivar. There was posifive correlation between anthocyanin content and PAL activity and negative correlattion between anthocyanin and moisture content in Acer leaf.Difference existed for anthocyanin content,PAL activity and moisture content between upper and lower leaves.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
