On the Protection of the Real Right Law of P.R.C for the Private Property Rights

Abstract
The contents in the 2004 constitutional amendment about protecting citizens' legitimate property rights have confirmed the economic achievements.The Real Right Law in 2007 confirms the position of the private property rights,enriches and perfects the ownership right,the usufructuary right,and the security right of the private property,and in addition,restricts the private property right and sets up the remedy system.
