On the Reform of Teaching in Fermentation Technology Course in Normal Universities

With the guide of the thought that normal universities change from educational type into applied one,this thesis explores the reform of Fermentation Technology teaching course in normal universities.In order to cultivate applied talents,the goals are to improve the teaching quality,arouse the students'interests and develop students' comprehensive qualities and creative ability,in the means of changing the teaching concepts;the reform from the aspects of theoretical teaching and practice teaching can be explored by improving the teaching contents;adopting new teaching methods such as the teaching mode of getting study,research and application together.
