Abstract
At room temperature, Cd(NO 3) 2 solution was added in the dropwise way to the rigorously stired solution containing Na 2S and waterglass. When the mixture was stirred for 6 h, the powder of nanocrystalline CdS was obtained. The powder belongs to wurtzite phase and has an average particle diameter of 3.7 nm, which is in accordance with the results characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
