Solutions to Socialist New Countryside Construction and the Small Towns’ Development in Hunan Province

Speeding up the small towns’ construction is an effective way of readjusting the economic structure,increasing farmers’ income,expanding the domestic demand and reducing the difference between cities and towns.It can help to give impetus to socialist new countryside construction and urbanization development in Hunan Province.An elaboration on the significance of the small towns’ construction in Hunan Province will be in this paper.The author analyzed the problems existing in small towns’ construction in Hunan Province and then proposed some measures of speeding up the small towns’ construction in Hunan Province and improving socialist new countryside construction and urbanization development.
