Abstract
The paper analyzes the social,the natural and the economical environments of the current engineering bidding,indicates from the preparation for the bidding,and points out the break-even bidding,the earning bidding,the risk bidding,the insurance bidding,and the optimization design method etc.,so as to improve the bid-winning rate,and ensure the realization of the enterprises aims.
