Abstract
Three-dimensional imaging of fluorescence-labeled frozen tissue sections by laser-scanning confocal microscopy is the conventional biological methods. In this chapter,we introduce the sample preparation of frozen tissue sections for laser-scanning confocal microscopy and the immunofluorescence labeling procedure.
