Romantic poetry concerns emblem or symbol——Comparison of poetics thinking between Wordsworth and Coleridge

Both Wordsworth and Coleridge's govern a kind of unique talented minds,found to work together to create a new era of romantic poetry in the history of English literature.However,the companionship between them doesn't last for a lifetime,and finally goes each own way because of each other's opposite poetics viewpoints.The paper attempts to explore reasons why their poetics concepts can't be compatible with each other,thus proposes there should be interior huge differences between emblem and symbol within the art of romantic poetry,as well as inspects innovation and contribution in content and form to romantic poetry made by these two ancient artistic media.
