The era of globalization promotes the possibilities of cultural diversity and intercultural communication worldwide.Intercultural communication calls of intercultural education and innovation for intercultural competence.Intercultural education emphasizes respect for diversity,the interaction and communication based on equality,as well as the value of democracy.
