Abstract

The systematic explanation of scientific development concept for the new period and new ages since the 16th CPC National Congress is a new development of DENG Xiao-ping Theory as well as a new contribution by the Chinese communists to the Chinanization of Marxism.The theoretical pivots of scientific development concept are abundant and comprehensive.The concept is a theoretical innovation and strategic guidance to both China's modernization construction and the market economy with Chinese characteristics.
