Abstract

Traditional views think the pre-qin Confucianists school represented by Confucius denies to exist the world after death ,or takes the attitude of leaving the question open. But through analysing a large number of documents, the pre-qin Confucianists school represented by Confucius original idea doesn't deny to have the world after death but putting emphasis on dealing with the funeral arrangements reasonably and the importance of the personnel. Confucius' reasonal attitudes of treating ghosts and gods' faith and the death question, have important reference meaning for us treating so-called feudalistic superstition activity today.
